NJTAI is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, independence, and accountability throughout every stage of the publication process. The journal adheres to internationally recognized principles of scholarly publishing and expects authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher to uphold the following ethical responsibilities:

• Authors must submit original and unpublished work, accurately present research methods and findings, retain underlying research data where appropriate, provide proper acknowledgment and citations, and disclose all sources of funding as well as any actual or potential conflicts of interest.

• Authorship must be limited to individuals who have made substantial scholarly contributions to the research. All listed authors must approve both the submitted and the final accepted version of the manuscript. Gift authorship, guest authorship, ghost authorship, and coerced authorship are strictly prohibited.

• Research misconduct, including fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate or redundant publication, citation manipulation, inappropriate image manipulation that alters scientific meaning, and undisclosed simultaneous submission to multiple journals, is strictly prohibited.

• Research involving human participants, personal or sensitive data, animals, or regulated clinical materials must comply with applicable ethical standards and regulations. Where required, manuscripts must include evidence of ethics committee approval, informed consent, privacy protection measures, and relevant approval or protocol identifiers.

• Reviewers are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, declare any conflicts of interest, provide objective, fair, and constructive evaluations, and refrain from using unpublished materials or confidential information for personal or professional benefit.

• Editors are responsible for making editorial decisions solely on the basis of scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's scope, and ethical compliance, without discrimination or commercial influence. Editors who have conflicts of interest must withdraw from the editorial decision-making process.

• Complaints, appeals, allegations of research misconduct, corrections, expressions of concern, retractions, and post-publication discussions will be managed through a transparent, fair, and documented process. All relevant records will be maintained by the editorial office in accordance with the journal's policies.

• The use of generative AI or other automated technologies in manuscript preparation, data analysis, programming, figure generation, or language editing must be transparently disclosed whenever such use is materially relevant to the submitted work. Artificial intelligence tools cannot be credited as authors, and all human authors retain full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, confidentiality, ethical compliance, and intellectual property of the submitted manuscript.
